INGREDIENTS
125g butter
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
⅓ cup finely chopped nuts
¼ cup choc chips
Flour as needed
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar, then beat in the egg & vanilla. Add in the rest of the ingredients & enough flour to make a soft dough. Pipe dough through a nozzle or roll out & cut into shapes (I prefer nozzle). Garnish with pieces of glace cherries and bake on 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. When cooled drizzle melted milk or white chocolate.
