INGREDIENTS
500ml plain yoghurt
2 ½ tablespoon honey
Seasonal fruit to decorate
METHOD
Blend yoghurt and honey together then spoon into silicone cupcake moulds or put in cupcake cases in a muffin pan. Lay fruit on top and cover with cling wrap. Freeze for a few hours until firm. Remove from moulds/peel off cupcake cases and let stand for a few minutes before serving to soften slightly.
