INGREDIENTS
Potatoes eggs chutney plain flour
Red chilies .flake red chilies .salt dhania (coriander) and jerro powder lemon juice black pepper lemon pepper and gram masala
METHOD
Parboil potatoes slice them in round
Boil eggs slice them in round
Add plain flour in a bowl to flour add all spice add water to make mixture mixture sud not b too thick o to thin
To assemble put sliced potatoe on workunit spread chutney on top put egg slice on top and then add another sliced potatoes dip in flour mixture and fry
