INGREDIENTS
1kg Pumpkin2 eggs10gms butter7.5 ml vanilla essence1tspn baking powder 2tbps sugar (you can add more as per your taste but I would limit it to 4tbsp)½ teaspoon salt1 cup flour
METHOD
Steam your pumpkin till soft
When done ensure that you have drained thoroughly there mustn't be any liquid
Mash it and throw in your butter, eggs, vanilla essence and lastly sugar mix it all up.
Finally add your baking powder and flour.
Batter musnt be to runny or to thick must be spoonable
Fry in pan till golden brown on both sides and dust in cinnamon sugar

You can use bananas if you're not a fan batter stays the same
