INGREDIENTS
760g Meat2kg Pumpkin,peeled &cubed..2 onions2 teaspoon garlic paste1 -2 teaspoon chillie flakes Quarter tomato ,grated1 and half teaspoon salt3 stick cinnamon 3 old spice7 teaspoon sugar ,can add more if you like..4 tablespoon cooking oil
Make it flavourful ,I added in ¼ teaspoon BBQ spice & ¼ teaspoon Portuguese spice or any spice you prefer & also ½ teaspoon Tumeric spice)..this is optional to your taste😊
METHOD
Braise your onions,in oil until golden .Add in your meat,garlic,salt,crushed chillies and cinnamon.Simmer over medium heat until meat is tender.add you pumpkin and cook until soft & mushy.For watery pumpkin cook further uncovered until water has evaporated.add the sugar &grated tomato cook for further 5 minutes. Serve with rice or bread &beetroot salad.
INFO & TIPS
Add cauliflower or carrots also same recipe.
