INGREDIENTS
                      Inspiration from the Internet
½ kg chicken fillet
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon CRAZY RED MEXICAN SPICE
2 tablespoon CRAZY RED JALAPEÑO WHIP
red peppers chopped optional
 3 tablespoon cream cheese soften
Wrappers
Grated cheese

METHOD
Marinade chicken in all of the above overnight or atleast 1 hour , place this in a oven tray with some butter . Cover with foil and cook for 15 minutes . Remove foil and cook until done . Now place the oven tray on the bottom rack of the oven for 5 minutes to brown alittle .
Leave this to cool alittle using a folk shred the chicken and add the soften cream and cheese and combine .
Add filling in each wrap with some grated cheese and jalapenos and roll like a flute .
In a pan heat some oil and fry all the Flautas .
This is now ready to be served .
Optional :
You can add avo
Sour cream
Canned Mexican tomatoes on top of the fried Flautas before serving .
This time I chose to make a separate Mexican dip to serve with Doritos .
Recipe to follow after this 1 !
I also steamed corn and semi grilled it . Sprinkled crazy red Mexican spice
If you see the picture I have just toasted mine on a tawa but Flautas are meant to be pan fried in oil , almost like shallow frying . Suppose to be crispy like samosas .
