RECIPE
1 kg chicken / mutton cubed
Salt 2 taste
2 tablespoon ginger garlic masala
1 tablespoon red chilli powder or less
1 tablespoon crushed dana
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
3 onions cubed
5 tomatoes cubed
2 green peppers cubed
½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)
½ cup sour milk (optional)
Fresh ginger slices
Green dhania (coriander)
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) pot. Add ginger garlic masala & fry for 1- 2 minutes
Add the salt ,red chillies,dana,arad (Turmeric) & meat &mix well
Cook on high for 5 minutes until tender. If mutton cook longer ( add sour milk)
Den add onions tomatoes & pepers mix cook until done.
Garnish with 1- 2 teaspoon garam masala ginger & green dhania (coriander)
Serve with roti or naan

This is a chicken dish recip I js experimented & used my fav kebaab recipe & it turned out awesome.
