INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry, cut into squares (homemade or store bought)
Caramel treat
Sliced bananas
Lemon juice
METHOD
Bake pastry squares until golden. When cooled, spread a layer of caramel treat. Soak bananas in a little lemon juice for a few minutes to avoid blackening. Put a slice of banana on each pie.
INFO & TIPS
Alternatively you could boil some condensed milk until slightly thickened then spread on the pies and top with bananas and icing sugar.
