Chocolate Lemmington Balls

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients
250g Margarine or butter
1 ½ cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 eggs
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder

Method
Beat all the ingredients in a ken wood .Pour into a square pan .Bake first then slice .

Syrup
3 cups sugar
1 ½ cups water
3 tablespoon cocoa
120g margarine
Boil until thick dip lemington squares into warm syrup and roll in coconut .Ready to serve.

I drizzled one slab melted dairy milk chocolate. Melted milky bar can also be used.
