braai (bbq) Gingerbread Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:3 cups milk1 can evaporated milk¼ cup brown sugar¼ cup cocoa powder1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder ½ teaspoon mixed spice1 ½ teaspoon ginger powder1 teaspoon caramel essence½ teaspoon saltMini marshmallowsChocolate sauce
Method:1. On the braai (bbq), place saucepan.2. Add in milks and heat.3. Add in sugar, cocoa, spices, essence and salt. Stir in.4. Whisk until hot. Pour into enamel mugs. 5. Serve with marshmallows, chocolate sauce and sprinkled cinnamon. Leave on braai (bbq) for marshmallows to melt a bit.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
