Water is the Number one hydrating liquid. Sometimes I like to add a bit of 'Natural Flavour' to my water in the form of Fruits/veg. Take a look at some pics of my naturally flavoured water, and why not give it a try. Other flavour options could also be tried, mixing fruit and veg for unique flavours, like Try sliced Cucumbers alone, OR teamed up with sliced Lemon, OR sliced Lemon and Mint Leaves....REFRESHING and TASTY!!!
