4 eggs seperated
1 cup castor sugar
½ cup oil
½ cup boiling water
1 cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
method beat egg whites with 1 teaspoon baking powder till stiff add castor sugar then add yolks and beat add water and oil mix then last fold in sifted flour and remaining 2 teaspoon baking powder add vanilla pour into greased baking pans and bake for 20 25 minutes @180deg. ....
I poured in a greased rectangle pan..when cool cut into your size blocks..insert ice cream stick and spread with topping
Topping 1x 100g slab milky bar krackle
1 sml tin nestle cream
half tin caramel treat
melt chocolate mix in the cream and caramel whisk and pour over cake decorate as desired
