Once softened, whisk till smooth and silky and allow to cool,pour over the cooled cake.Decorate any way you like. I call this recipe my one bowl chocolate cake.Its so quick and easy.Baked and ready in under an hour.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla to dry mixture and mix with an hand mixer on medium for about 2 minutes. Gently mix in boiling water.Pour into pans and bake for plus minus 30/35 minutes .Cool on cooler rack
