INGREDIENTS
Ready tortillas or rotis
(I made my own soft white rotis)
500g chicken fillet cut into big cubes
Marinate in following:
Aromat (a South African Spice)
Chicken spice
BBQ spice
Crushed black pepper
Chilli powder
Green masala
Lemon juice
Leave to marinate for few hours.
Into chicken break one egg and add about half cup cake flour. Mix well. Deep fry in batches in medium hot oil untill golden.
METHOD
Shredded lettuce mixed with mayo
Cheeses slices or grated cheese
Mixture of mayonnaise, sweet chilli and peri peri sauce
To assemble spread lettuce down the middle of your roti, then cheese slices(cut in half), top with chicken pops and drizzle sauce mix over. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Serve with French fries style chips.
