INGREDIENTS
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
1 packet yeast
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 egg
1 cup sour milk/yoghurt
METHOD
Beat egg and sour milk/yoghurt. Add ghee (Clarified butter) to flour, salt and sugar and rub together like breadcrumbs. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water with a bit of sugar. Add to dry ingredients and make a soft dough with egg mixture. Allow to rise for about 45 minutes to an hour. Make small balls and roll out. Griddle on a hot pan with garlic butter.
