Chana flour (beat well)½ cup semolina2 teaspoon. ground elachie¼ teaspoon. bicarb1 ½ cups srf flour Beat ghee (Clarified butter) and sugar till light and fluffyAddChana flour Elachi (cardomom) and bicarbBeat wellAdd flour graduallyDough must be soft. Roll in small balls. Bake.at 180* for 15-20 minutesOr until it cracksEnjoy
