RECIPE
Hake fillets, cut into pieces
Marinate with:
Mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, red chilli powder, fish masala, dhana jeeru (cumin), arad (Turmeric), Robertsons fish spice, Cajun spice. Fry in butter and olive oil. Top with tomato onion chutney and curry leaves and grill for a few minutes. Serve with roti, chips and salad.
TOMATO ONION CHUTNEY:
1 onion, chopped
3-4 grated tomatoes
Salt, chilli powder, red masala, dhana jeeru (cumin), arad (Turmeric).
Saute onions until softened but not brown. Add the tomatoes and spices and cook on low with a bit of water until thickened.
