
Aaloo Beda

Aloo beda:
hard boil eggs, boil potatoes until soft. Make a chutney: braise onion in oil, add spices, salt, dhana jeeru (cumin),arad (Turmeric),red chilli powder. Add liquidised tomatoes. Chutney will be thick. Add peeled sliced eggs and potatoes. Serve with lightly toasted bread/roti if prefered
