1 kg rump steak
Make a mixture with the following and marinate steak:
Red masala, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, peri peri spice, cayyene pepper/red chilli powder, texan steak spice, bbq spice, steak & chops spice, Ina Paarmans braai (bbq) spice, Spur meat spice, olive oil.
Cook steak on low heat until done.
In a small pot, heat the following:
Butter, Tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Spur bbq sauce, Peri sauce.
Pour over steak and grill for a few minutes.
Serve with baked potato, salad & Spur Cheddermelt sauce (available in the sauces aisle at retail grocery stores)
