INGREDIENTS
Bhimri rice*(cups as needed )
Salt
Cinamon stick
Onion sliced thinly
Elachi (cardomom)
ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Put your water to boil and add salt..and get another pan ready wth some ghee (Clarified butter) to start heating up
Wen water starts boiling add your rice
Then bk to your pan add onion and cinamon stick and Elachi (cardomom) ..braise nicely till almost golden nt too brown the add that to the rice jst befre steaming...
