INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut up and washed
1 tablespoon Paprika
3 tablespoon sour milk
Few strands of Saffron
Salt
1 big red pepper or I used 3 small ones
¾ cup Fresh cream
3 tablespoon tom puree
2 tablespoon mayo
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon Red masala used aunty bibis
METHOD
Place the spices and peppers and sour milk all in the liquidiser (not the chicken and fresh cream )...and blend till smooth then add this to the chckn and u cn leav to marinate as long as u want or wat I dd I jst cooked it on low till done...befre serving add fresh cream and gv 1 boil..serve wth chips salad and roti
