INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic
green chillies to taste
½ lemon juice
1 tablespoon magic masala
1 teaspoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon bbq spice
½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
½ tandoori spice
½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
METHOD
Mix the above and marinate the chicken
I dipped fillets into maizena (corn flour) , then into eggs then dip into bread crumbs and again in egg and breadcrumbs.
Put in fridge for +-½ an hour
Fry in shallow oil till done.
INFO & TIPS
For The Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise,
1/4 cup cheese,
salt to taste
1 cup fresh cream
Allow to thicken and pour onto chicken fillets.
Serve with homemade thinly sliced fried potato crisp or side of choice.
