Pineapple Jelly Dessert

RECIPE

1 large pineapple (grated)
¾ cup sugar
Cook together until dry
JELLY:
½ litre water
½ cup sugar
1 ½ teaspoon falooda powder
Red food colour
Boil together and allow to set
Once set grate into cooled pineapple

2 cups milk
1 teaspoon falooda powder (mix in little milk)
Boil then add
1 tin nestle cream
Condensed milk to taste
Beat till frothy with egg beater
Mix all well together
Refrigerate
