1 Chicken cut into pieces / 1 kg Mutton
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon garlic
¼ cup oil
3 tablespoon red chillis
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon hot steers peri peri
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
Marinade chicken in the above then braai (bbq) until well done..
Sauce:
125g butter
1 teaspoon garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ bottle nandos peri per extra hot orany other nando sauce
1 teaspoon robertsons peri peri..
Heat up sauce ingredients in a pot.. Throw over chicken just before serving..
Optional cn grill chichkn after sauce is poured on

To the sauce I added some nandos bushveld , peri peri garlic , nd some tomatoe sauce
