INGREDIENTS
Steak slices
Amina's tikka paste
Ginger and garlic
Freshly ground black pepper
Tangy mayo
Dash of lemon juice
Curry leaves
Butter to cook in
Jeera
Sliced red onion
Sliced colored peppers
METHOD
Marinate steak and cook in butter, jeera and curry leaves.
Allow steak to cook for a while and then add in red onions and peppers and continue to cook until the steak is soft
Garnish with dhania (coriander) and serve
