When cool cut cake through horizontally to sandwich (easier to cut with a piece of clean fishing gut). Sandwich with chocolate icing. Cut into fingers and freeze. Melt 3 to 4 dairy milk slabs mixed with 4 to 5 pieces baking chocolate. Add a little oil to make chocolate smooth. Dip fingers and leave to set in fridge. Neaten edges and drizzle with white chocolateIts easier to dip in choc if u freeze the slices first.
