125 g butter or marg2 tablespoon oil+- ¾ cup sugar1 Large egg2 teaspoon vanilla essence2 teaspoon baking powder¼ cup cocoa+- less than 2 cups flour METHODBeat butter and sugar well add the egg and vanilla essenceAdd baking powder, cocoa, mix well a food processorGradually add the flour Make a slightly soft dough Flatten in greased baking trayBake for 15-20 minutes at 180*remove.Add ToppingWhip up 1 tablespoon apricot jam mixed with 3 tablespoon Nutella or any chocolate spread in a small. BowlSmear over the baked doughNow:Seperately beat 2 eggs with ¼ cup sugar add 2 teaspoon vanillaBeat well then gradually add+-1 ¼ cup dessicated coconut to the egg mixtureIt must not be too wetSo u can sprinkle over the chocolate spreadIt will look peaky..Sprinkle 100's & 1000's or brown typeOverPut back in oven bake 15-20 minutes for coconut to change a creamy gold colour.Leave to cool slightlyCut in blocksKeep in air tight containerEnjoy☺
