Pizza dough of your choice / 2 ½ cups flour ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoon yeast Warm water
Chicken 2 chicken fillets 1 teaspoon crushed garlic ½ teaspoon green chili ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon parsley Salt
Sauce : Knorr sour cream and chives baked potato sachet Use : 4 tablespoon of the sachet ¾ cups milk 1 teaspoon flour
Grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup boiled fettuccine ( before boiling break the strips smaller )
Dough : Add all the dry ingredients together , add the oil and crumb with your fingers . Add Luke warm water to make a soft dough . Knead , close and allow to rise . Approx 1 hour or until double its size
Chicken : Add everything to chicken . In a saucepan add butter and cook chicken until done . Shred chicken when cool .
Sauce : Add the 4 tablespoon in a bowl , add a small amount of milk just to make a paste first , add the rest of the milk and flour and mix .
Assemble : Preheat oven to 180 degrees On a floured surface remove dough and knead . You can divide the dough into half if you want to make 2 different pizzas . Usually makes 2 pizzas . Roll out the dough . Place the rolled out dough on a floured oven tray . Now place this in the pre heated oven and bake for just 5 minutes . Remove from oven . Allow to cool for 10 minutes . Spread the sauce evenly on the pizza base , add the boiled fettuccine ( make sure the pieces are broken small ) sprinkle shredded chicken and cheese ( good amount of cheese ) and another layer of sauce . Place in the oven , bake for 15 minutes on 160 degrees or until done ( depending on how crispy you prefer ) cut and serve
