RECIPE
1. Spinach: Braise a large onion with one teaspoon jeera,Add one teaspoon garlic cubes ¼ teaspoon ginger and garlic ¼ teaspoon green chiliesSalt to taste And braise well
Add spinach and cook until water is burnt out. Mix ½ cup milk and 2 teaspoon knor cheese sauce (powder) - until the sauce thickens and add into the cooked spinach and set aside
2. Boil 500g pasta and set aside
3. Sauce/chutney 4 tomatoes grated¼ onion sliced Pinch of turmeric Salt to taste 1 teaspoon dunya jeera
Braise onion till light pink and add spices, lastly add grated tomatoes. Mix until water burns out and properly cooked Add in boiled pasta and mix until combined well. Layer the saucy pasta, spinach cubed cheese and crumbled fetaHeat till melted.
optional: braise cubed chicken fillet and mix into pasta
