INGREDIENTS
3 cups rice (Boil as usual)
To steam with rice: 2 fresh lemons (juiced)1 tablespoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 4 tablespoon Butter 1 tablespoon Parsley and dhania (coriander)
METHOD
I add in thinly sliced green chillies to steam with the rest of the stuff.
Served deliciously with fried fish, chicken or steak
