1 kg fillet steak cut, washed and drainedIn a pot melt 2-3 tablespoons butterAdd:1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_foods green masalaAromat (a South African Spice) and lemon pepper1-2 tablespoons lemon juiceCook on very low heat till done. Do not add water. Once cooked add about ½ cup Nandos pepper sauce. Serve with savoury rice. Savoury rice: 1 & ½ cup basmati rice Boil with 5-6 teaspoons of @picknpay spice for rice. Optionally you’re can add mixed veg when boiling. Serve as a side. Enjoy.
