Classic Madiera Cupcakes
Old is gold
½ lb butter
1 ½ cup castor sugar
3 cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup milk
5 eggs
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Beat Butter and sugar for long
Add the flour and baking powder - one spin
Add milk
Add eggs and VE
Bake for 20-25mins
