INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
1 teaspoon fresh red Chillies
½ teaspoon steak and chops spice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon Dhana jeeroo
1-2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon peri peri sauce
METHOD
Mix masala in a bowl
Make slits in steak
Smear marinade over steak, put into the slits as well
Cook in butter till done
If steak gets too dry add more of the sauces
Potatoes
Heat butter add crushed garlic
Braise till garlic turns red
Add lemon juice, mixed herbs, salt and crushed black pepper.
Add baby potatoes and Braise.
Add little water and allow to cook.
When potatoes are done add mayonnaise and fresh cream.
Simmer and serve
