Cheddarmelt Steak

INGREDIENTS

🍖Cheddarmelt steak🍖 (my own version)

Marinate steak of choice in the following
Use quantities according to your own discretion depending on how much steak you cooking

Black and white Pepper
Salt
Worcester sauce
Soy sauce
Robertsons Garlic flakes
Woolies steak rub
Woolies steakhouse spice
Spur bbq basting (optional)

Fry steak in butter ...when almost done add Nandos pepper sauce
Cook till done


🍄Mushrooms 🍄

I usually fry with butter in salt and pepper and garlic flakes till done and add some fresh cream for a creamy taste

Above mushrooms made with pepper sauce only by @latifa_petersen

When plating ..place steak first then a slice of cheese and lastly the mushrooms
Serve with chips🍟 or potato wedges /onion rings/mixed veg
