INGREDIENTS
500g pastaLettuceCucumberOnionsColored peppers JalapenoFeta
SAUCE250 ml Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons lemon juiceGround black pepperRobertsons mixed herbs2 tablespoons Olive oil (garlic flavor) 250 ml fresh cream250 ml sour cream 250 ml double cream yoghurt
METHOD
Boil pasta till done. Drain and allow to cool. Keep finely chopped veggies aside. In a bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients.Combine veggies with sauce, mix well.Stir in pasta.Set in serving dish and top with feta.Sprinkle over with mixed herbs.Serve chilled.
