Boil 2 cups water with 1⁄2 cup sugar or sugar to taste and 1 teaspoon falooda powder/ghas powder or agar agar (falooda powder). Add a pinch of saffron. Once it boils leave some on a spoon. Once sets pour into bowls. Enjoy cold.
