INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Sago
6 cups water
3 cinnamon sticks
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup grated apple
Green food colouring
1 big tin nestle cream
METHOD
Boil the sago, water and cinnamon sticks in a thick based pot over medium heat until sago granules have cooked (Sir at intervals so it does not burn or stick to the bottom). Add the sugar and apple and continue cooking for further 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in a few drops of green colouring and pour into serving bowl. Allow to cool and then add cream over and a dash of cinnamon powder.

Very cooling dessert.
