INGREDIENTS
Peppermint caramel dessert

You will need
1 packet tennis biscuits
250 ml fresh cream
1 tin (360 g) Nestle caramel treat (mint)
Method:
250 ml fresh cream
1 tin Nestle caramel treat (mint flavour)
Beat cream till almost stiff not too stiff
In a separate bowl smoothen out caramel treat then add to fresh cream and mix together well
In a Pyrex dish or dessert bowls
Layer crushed tennis biscuits, then caramel mixture then biscuits mixture lastly ending with. Caramel mixture
Decorate with Aero mint or peppermint crisp or as desired
Please note I didn't use an entire tin of caramel treat I used ¾ coz we don't really like very sweet ...if you like sweet things add the entire thing.
