Red Velvet With Cream Cheese

RED VELVET CAKE

2 ½ cups flour
1 ½ cups sugar
1 teaspoon bicarb
1 teaspoon cocoa
1. Cup buttermilk
2 ex large eggs
1 ½ cups oil
1 tblpn vinegar
5 tblpn red food colour
1 teaspoon vanilla/I added strawberry essence
Method
Mix all ingredients together with a baloon whisk. Pour into pans & bake @180 for 35-40 minutes

Top with cream cheese frosting
