RECIPE
In a separate dish add2 cups of jungle oats1 cup sugar1 cup self raising flour (if using normal flour add 1 teaspoon baking powder)1 ¼ cup dessicated coconutMix all of the above wellNow in a pot on stoveMelt250 g butter1 tablespoon golden syrup½ teaspoon bicarbMelt in pot till it frothsAddFew drop of red food colouring1 teaspoon vanilla essenceGradually add the flour mixture To the above till well mixed( Add a little melted butter if the texture is dry)Press the dough mixture in a greased trayBake at 180* for 10 minutesRemove slice into blocksPlace back in oven and continue Baking for +-15 minutes Now knife the cuts through so it will be easy to remove the blocks when it coolsDecorate with chocolate and flowers
