INGREDIENTS
1tsp. Bicarbonate soda180g Butter210g brown sugar22g golden syrup or honey
80g Desiccated Coconut 200g Oats 130g Cake Flour
METHOD
In a bowl mix desiccated coconut, Oats, and flour and mix well.In a pan add butter, sugar and golden syrup and heat over a medium heat. When it starts to boil add in the bu carb and mix vigorously. Immediately add it to the dry mixture and mix till all the dry ingredients have been coated.Add to the baking tray and press down bake @180°c for 20 minutes. Once baked cut when slightly warm
INFO & TIPS
If u like you can drizzle with melted chocolate or dip the Crunchie in the chocolate
