Use any Plain cake recipe


1 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon very soft butter
About 1 ½ tablespoon boiled milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla ess

Mix to form a glacé icing. Spoon over cake.
Sprinkle roasted coconut over.
