1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
Beat eggs and sugar well, then add oil milk and vanilla and beat again. Sift in dry ingredients. Grease two round cake tins and line with wax paper. Divide batter in two between the two round tins.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes till skewer comes out clean.
Once done and cooled down, join the two cakes with chocolate icing and cover the remainder of the cake in icing. Decorate as desired.
