1 kg rump steak Cut into 4 piece
2 onions sliced
1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
1 tablespoon ginger garlic
4 tomatoes grated
¼ teaspoon tumeric
3 teaspoon fresh ground red chillies
3 teaspoon dhania (coriander) Jeeru (Cumin)
Red , green, yellow peppers( ½ each then quareted)
4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) add in onions and jeeru (cumin) seeds & saute until golden brown.
Add steak, ginger garlic & salt cook until tender .
Add tomatoes & spices and cook until well blended.
Add peppers 1O minutes before serving and reaheat .
