INGREDIENTS
500g chicken cubes 1 teaspoon salt
1 packet = 85g instant noodles 2 teaspoon ground Jeeru (Cumin)
1 onion cubed 2½ teaspoon green
chilli
1 tablespoon butter 3 teaspoon lemon &
herb spice
2 cups milk 1 small
tomato chopped finely
4 eggs 1 bunch
fresh coriander chopped
½ teaspoon saslt 1 slice bread
METHOD
Break noodles into small pieces and prepare according to
instructions. Braize onions in butter until soft, then add the
chicken and all the spices and cook until done. Cool. Blend the
milk, egg, salt and bread and add the noodles, chopped tomato and
coriander and mix well. Line7 ½ square baking tin with baking
powder paper or grease well with oil. Pour mixture in pan and bake
at 180C for 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool.
Turn out onto tray and cut into 1½ squares. Dip in egg and
breadcrumbs and freeze or fry in hot oil. Serve hot. Makes 25
squares
