Chocolate Cake Devine

RECIPE

Step 1
125g butter
Half cup oil
1 cup hot water
Bring to a boil on stove and allow to cool

Step 2
Sift together
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
¼ cup cocoa
1 ½ cups castor sugar

Step 3
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoon bicarb
Beat with whisk

Add step 1 and 3 in 2 and whisk together
Bake for 30min at 180degrees
