INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon softened butter
4 tablespoon castor sugar
250ml tub fresh cream
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon ground jeeru (cumin)
3 teaspoon baking powder
Flour as needed
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar then add fresh cream, salt, jeeru (cumin) and baking powder. Add flour to make a dough. Roll out and cut into shapes. Lay on a baking tray and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees until golden.
