6 hake fillets
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup butter
1 teaspoon parsley / mixed herb
1 tablespoon Amaans porta spice
¼ cup minnies Portuguese sauce ( got mine at forsmays )
¼ cup fresh cream
steam mixed veggies (optional )
preheat oven to 180 degrees
In a Pyrex layer the fish .
in a small bowl add the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 1 minute . pour this over the fish . cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes . remove foil add the sauce and bake for another 15 minutes or until done . pour veggies in and serve .
you can also pan fry the fish and add sauce in last and give it a simmer .
