INGREDIENTS
½ cup chana flour ½ cup mealie meal ¼ cup flour 3 eggs 2 teaspoon. baking powder 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon. green chillies salt to taste 1 big tin creamstyle sweetcorn 1 bunch dhania (coriander) 4 tablespoon. ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased baking tray. Sprinkle tal (sesame seeds) over and bake in oven on 180 deg. for 25-30 minutes. To make bhaji (Spinach) lagan, add bhaji (Spinach) instead of dhania (coriander)

VARIATIONS:
I sprinkled the top with black poppy seeds.
For added flavour,I added paprika,dhania-jeeroo powder,soomph powder (add according to taste)
I also took 3 large green chillies,4 garlic cloves,1/2 tsp rough salt and some whole jeero and pounded til well ground.
This really gave the lagan more bite and falvour!
