INGREDIENTS
125g margarine
½ cup (125ml) white sugar
3 eggs
3 bananas mashed
½ cup chopped pecans
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
400ml flour
Pinch of salt
Pinch of bicarb of soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
METHOD
Simply mix all ingrediants in a cake mixer
and Bake at 180’C for half an hour then
lower the heat to 140’C for a further half
an hour.
